  2. Quality of writing: Is the writing clear, concise, and accurate, with correct grammar and spelling? Is the language appropriate for the target audience, including the level of technical detail and use of medical jargon?
  3. Scientific accuracy: Is the content scientifically accurate and up-to-date, with references to the most recent research and publications in the field? Are there any inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or errors in the content?
  4. Data presentation: Are the data presented in a clear and organized manner, with appropriate statistical analysis and visualization? Are there any discrepancies or errors in the data or figures
  5. Ethical considerations: Have ethical considerations, such as patient privacy and informed consent, been adequately addressed? Are there any potential conflicts of interest that need to be disclosed? 
  6. Formatting: Is the manuscript formatted correctly according to the guidelines of the target journal or conference, including font size, spacing, and referencing style? Are all tables, figures, and references included and numbered correctly? 
  7. Approval process: Has the manuscript been reviewed and approved by all relevant stakeholders, including the authors, sponsors, and regulatory bodies? Are there any outstanding issues or concerns that need to be addressed? 
  8. Version control: Is the manuscript version control system in place and up to date? Are all changes and revisions clearly tracked and documented?
